With over 15 years of experience providing energy engineering and program management services within the utilities, RMS Energy Consulting, LLC was founded in 2013 with the vision of helping California achieve an economically and environmentally sustainable energy future. The RMS team has a comprehensive understanding of California's energy policies and long-term strategic direction regarding Integrated Demand Side Management (IDSM) and has intimate experience in addressing key issues relating to engineering workpapers and ex-ante reporting that directly impacts the behaviors of policy leaders, regulating bodies, energy service companies and end-use customers concerning energy and water efficiency.
